Who you are:

• The Project Manager position requires strong ERP Project Management skills including the ability to manage multiple phases of both small and large ERP Implementations.
• As Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have 5+ years of Project Management experience with 2 years or more specific to ERP implementations.
• Experience with SAP Business One, Version 10 HANA, is strongly desired.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent. Having a PMP Certification is a plus.
• Professional Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

About the role:

1. Hybrid open positions for Austin | Dallas | Miami | Boston
2. As Project Manager, you will be accountable for each project’s timeline, scope, and budget.
3. Excellent communications skills are needed for this position. The ability to communicate with our customers at all levels of management, including project stakeholders and company ownership, is vital to being successful. Having open and clear communications with the customer is key to the success of the project.
4. This position is the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
5. The Project Manager must have excellent presentations skills. You will formally present information that directs large groups of people.
6. Project Management leadership skills include managing and conducting project status meetings to deliver the project status with respect to established milestones.
7. The ability to coordinate resources, implementation consultants, technical team members and other consulting team members is a challenging requirement. Keeping our customers updated on the coordination of these activities is paramount.
8. As Project Manager you will define requirements, develop, execute, and maintain a detailed project plan including resources, milestones, tasks with risks assessments. Strong Go Live Preparedness for the team and customer is essential.
9. The Project Manager must successfully transition each operational customer to the Consensus Support Team as a final project milestone.
10. Strong change management skills are necessary for this position. There will be changes. A formal Change Management Process is in place. Our customers’ needs must be a given high consideration when reviewing all changes.
11. The Project Manager must have a good understating of how ERP Systems work. The software environment and its applications, a working knowledge of relational databases, its interfaces, the technology stack, and end users’ connectivity all require your understanding.
12. Travel is expected to be 10 – 20%.
